Manga Tsugumi Project

Leon, an elite soldier from a militaristic Europe, had no choice but to join a clandestine expedition. The mission: to uncover a destructive weapon, codenamed Tsugumi, whose potential for devastation was so great that the world decided to obliterate the Japanese archipelago with atomic bombs rather than letting it be developed.

Alas, the journey ended in disaster: Leon's aircraft crashed into Tokyo Bay, leaving him stranded and alone. With nothing to eat, no shelter, and only one radiation-proof suit for protection, he soon realizes that the city is not as abandoned as he thought.
