There are 2 versions of this manga, the first was cancelled and the second is a reboot with a different artist (https://mangadex.org/title/ec742377-7604-4ab8-acf7-4f9189d7bd9e/saikyou-mahoushi-no-inton-keikaku and https://mangadex.org/title/ef97dcf8-9ecb-4a71-96c2-c09302dc6d7d/saikyou-mahoushi-no-inton-keikaku-the-alternative). This site has 2 versions as well (https://mangajar.com/manga/the-greatest-magicmaster-s-retirement-plan, this one, and https://mangajar.com/manga/saikyou-mahoushi-no-inton-keikaku-the-alternative). This version seem to be a mix of the cancelled version and some of the rebooted version, while the other should be the rebooted version (seen the same elsewhere), so I suggest ignoring this one and reading the rebooted version instead.

HAH, I just found this manga and I nearly dropped it after getting half way through the first chapter. To refuse someone their hard earned retirement after they contributed so much is BS. A kid no less. They're lucky he didn't go on a rampage.
