      I just checked the official site (https://releasewitch.com/). Chapter 545 does not exist, the next should still be 496. This 'chapter 545' is also seen on some others sites, and could be either a copy of an old page which I do not remember, or a leaked copy of a coming chapter.

      What a disappointing adaptation. What makes RTW novel good because it's not just about the characters, but also kingdom building, town management, tech, wars. But the artis of this manhua adpt only focus on art of the characters and sacrifising other aspect for quick updates so he/she can make a quick money.
