Manga After the Rain

Akira Tachibana, a high schooler with silent voice. Before, she belonged to the track and field team, but after an injury she couldn't run fast anymore. She started a part0time job at a family restaurant where she desparately falt in love with her manager. He was a 45-year old man, divorced, had a son.
Despite the difference of ages, Akira accepts his manners and attitude with all of her heart. She evaluates the man's kindness, that other personnel consider as spinelessness. Time passes, and those two start to fall in love even more. In fact, Akira couldn't understand why she liked him so much, but she realized that true love can be unreasonable. Will she confess the man of her feelings? Will he accept the girl?
