Sei Ishida was an ordinary guy who constantly tried to defeat boredom, but instead always finds adventure on his own head. He was extremely agitated by his new classmate, which he manifests in constant jokes and bullying at her. The girl is deaf, which is why he constantly mocks her, not even suspecting the consequences.
